for the buttons how about you only make the games playable via the joystick and use the d-pad for other buttons? Or for the double triggers one tap on a trigger can be the a R1 and holding it in can be R2

ok im confused i was reading some of the other topics and i saw that quite a lot of people againts umd piracy .... and now an emulator is coming out soon wich probly uses psx iso's and u all think its great :s

come on virtually every emulator uses game dumps which means people could download games i think this person might be joking making that as their first post look piracy happens... its up to you if you dont like it but how would you like it if you had to pay for all your games everytime you want to play them just incase you want to swap games with people so you get to play lots of games sounds silly but ppl dont want to pay for games they have already

I don't know if this is in the rules yet, but I said this in another thread and it's going to be added to the rules:

The reason we allow the discussion [of psx backups] is that it's legal to make backups from your own copies as long as you are not circumventing any copy protection (reason we can't discuss dreamcast backup) and as long as you aren't modifying the data. [Age of the system is not a factor]

i wont mind paying for ps1 games because some of them i dont even have and some are even hard to find!the varios ps1 emulators no doubt will be more popular than sony official one since they didnt quite mention anything about rippin ya own game and putting it on memory stick-but anyways these are the games i would love to see working full speed!!
