I got my two 2 gig sticks at the chinese night market they work great, but i always wonder if they're actually fake, they were $65 cdn each, so i thought it wasn't a bad deal, especially since i didn't have to wait or pay extra shipping,

There's no way to tell if they are fake or not without trying to actually fill up the stick with 2 gigs worth of stuff.

The fake sticks are hard coded to read "1980 MB" on the PSP (or whatever the amount is), so the only way to find out is to try and actually fill it with 2 gigs worth of MP3's, games, or whatever.

Sorry to say it, but alot of fake memory sticks circulate around China. Not saying if yours is fake or not, but you should atleast see.

well now i know it's real, cause i can full it to the top and it clocks in at just under 2 gigs, thanks for the info
