Halloween is just around the corner and Capcom feels like celebrating by giving you horror games for pennies.
Resident Evil 4, arguably one of the most worthwhile full-fat games on the iPhone, iPad and iPod App Store, is now on sale for $.99.


That price has also been slapped on the series spin-off, Resident Evil Mercenaries VS, which is for iPhone and iPod Touch.

Sega is also joining the cheap iOS game trend with the offer of Streets of Rage 2 for free. What's that got to do with Halloween? Nothing. It's part of some AppAllStar promotion.

Cheap games are good. Free games are better.
