The PS2 and DS dominate the software charts with no other console getting a lookin. heres the software charts.

Yeah, they were not kidding when they said the NDS is a phenemenon in Japan. It seems like the PSP's numbers are DROPPING. Lets hope November gives the PSP a boost.

People buy the ds lite because they don't they don't understand the capabilities of a homebrew running PSP.

Also, how can there be only 8 xboxes sold in Japan last week....... wow....... i don't know if i can believe this.....

No, actually, people buy the DS for the games, not the homebrew (which isn't that bad, it's finally getting good ports now).

Seriously, I understand how the DS still outperforms the PSP in Japan; better battery life with out buying bigger batteries, no need for extra memory (unless running homebrew), no load times, no UMDs (battery killer, game killer - who likes waiting), Final Fantasy (I know, we're supposed to be getting one for PSP, we've waited too long!), the download and play multiplayer function, and on and on and on.

Sony needs to step it up a bit if they want to still be a big competition for Nintendo. Sony is in it mostly for the money, Nintendo is in it for the games (don't hate on Mario, why else do you have an N64 emu besides for Legend of Zelda).

***TO SONY*** WE NEED A GOOD FPS, MAYBE UNREAL, HALF-LIFE, OR QUAKE III!!!!
