Try re-downloading the easy downgrader. But be careful regarding the TA-082 board.
is this the full downgrader if not do you have the downdater files you need?

I am not sure how to tell if its a TA-082 mother board or not, but I believe a soft downgrader was released for that mother board and firmware 2.60.
