Does it come with 1.50 DOWNDATER folder or do I need to get it from somewhere else?
Is this the same version that has an exe file that guides you through the process?

How come it's only 105 Kb?
I found on psp-hacks another downgrader:

This one is about 10Mb. How come there is such drastic size difference? Which one is better?

When is it saying this? Tell us what you did that lead up to that message.

I updated to 2.71 and obtained the 1.5 EBOOT, and placed everything under PSP\Update (I renamed 1.50 Eboot to UPDATE). When I go to games\Memory Stick it says Update ver X.YZ. When I start it, the screen goes black and shortly after that it displays a message : The game could not be started (80020148). I tried several times. What should I do?
