GTA cheat device on dev hook?

Hey guys when you start up dev hook on 2.71 and go and emulate 1.50 can you start up GTA and do the cheat device? If anyone can try this because my friend is borrowing it.. thanks

You cant load gta on 1.5 because you need to update your firmware to play it. If you want to use it, load up devhook and go to 1.5, then load Genesis UMD loader. You can nab it here.

Not on 2.71, 2.7 blocked the save data hack, remember. if you use devhook and emulate 2.0/2.5/2.6 it should work though

EDIT:ignore what I wrote, didnt read question properly. Didnt realise you were on 2.71 emulating 1.5.
