dont worry about it, i guess if you dont want to start new then youre just going to have to deal with it sadly. i gave my best suggestion so just stick with whatever you feel is right.

Yeah you really should edit those posts.
Anyway try checking your running processes to see if there is abunch of stuff running that shouldn't be.
If you can't figure your problem out a fresh install is probably your only choice.
If you have added a bunch of stuff to your tray or whatever that could be it too.
Also if your running bootleg proggys you may have a trojan.
Maybe I'm just blinded by my hate for windows,I dunno
