making an rpg question

i was doing absolutely nothing when this thought came into my mind :

is there no way to make a stand alone RPG in an APP like RPG Maker and then re-write the *.exe into an eboot.pbp so its works in a PSP?

of course i thought too of the work it will be to re-write the *.exe with screen size changes and all but its always easier then to write your game from bottom

what in thinkin of basically is a port of a homemade RPG. Much like AOE, Quake 1 and 2, Doom and Duke Nukem were ported...

i know its possible because ive seen screenshots of it, i just cant remember where and how...would love to port my RPGs i made on RPG maker >_<
