Depends. If you don't have 1.5 you're going to have to downgrade to it anyway even if you want the custom. It's really a matter of preference. You can have a 1.5 and use the webbrowser and other options through Devhook, a firmware emulator, or you can use the custom firmware that lets you have everything in one neat package.

What version is your PSP right now?

http://www.psp-hacks.com/ has a installer with the psar dump so I don't have to do this. I dont know if it is save.
But when I get the 2.71 eboot it's also that save.
I'm gona try it anyway. waited to long for this

that psar dump is ofcourse data.dxar
