2.71->1.50->2.71->se-a???

Is it possible for me to downgrade my 2.7 psp to 1.50 and then install Dark Alex's custom firmware?
I want to be able to play homebrew as well as use my internet browser and play umd's that require 2.71.

to play umds that have 2.71 there is a proram called devhook and 1.5 has it own custom firmware and you can still play homebrew on a 1.5

Even now theres a downgrader that is suppost to work some how with the TA motherboards

it only downgrades to 2.5 and theres really no point in that.

It should be possible. First, check whether you have a TA-082, information about that is round the web.

Next, Downgrade.

Then, follow the instructions in this thread to upgrade to 2.71 SE-A.
