Sony Playstation 3 (Pre-order) @ SuccessHK
Those of you not living in Japan are going to struggle getting a PS3 and today another Hong Kong Site has put PS3 preorders on their site. Those interested should check out SuccessHK.

I preordered PS3 using this. It says we don't need any credit card details or anything then it asks how you want to pay so I say paypal. It also asks a shipping method and says that it will cost me 30 something dollars for shipping and asks if I want to pay now. Is that charge for the shipment of the PS3 and do I have to pay it to confirm the preorder?
