i just dont get why people hate so much who cares who makes what just as long as we still get great stuff for the psp
if nothing else we lost additional psx emus. since ps1p doesn't appear to be coming out any time soon, its sad to know we will only get one more beta of psxp. if the two were competing it could've accelerated the pace of the emus quite a bit. im sad to hear about this regardless of what people think of yoshi.

To much haters around the PSP scene getting into Yoshi's personal business with the scene, made him snap quite a few times...actually a lot of times...I would have done the same....It's this kind of ungratefulness from sceners what makes a scene coder/developer/hacker just send it all to hell and keep on moving...He did a lot for us in the scene, too...It's quite a shame if you ask me, that people who don't even know a shnitty bit about coding will just intentionally flick,flick,flick with one person's mind and make him snap...SO, what I want to say to everybody in the scene is...If you don't have something good or productive to say to a coder/hacker/developer in the PSP scene or in any scene...simply don't say it...Go take your bitchy, greedy, ungrateful attitude to the bathroom mirror or to the nearest hospital's Maternity ward, or to the Government's Complaints Dept. Cause the rest of us don't want to miss out on future scene developments just because some of you are having a period.
Yoshihiro;
...Thank you for your great work and devotion to the PSP scene, Yoshi. Whatever other people might think or say about you, I just want to say I personally admire most of your work, and you will be missed.
I've lerned from this and other situations, that there's only One rule we can all contribute to make the world a much better place...
"Don't Hate...Congratulate".
That's all I have to say...
way to soften things up.... I thinkOriginally Posted by MUDD
. I'm sad to see him go, but then I understand why he was in trouble for his work. However the emmense flames that are coming out is amazing and horrible. The finally faker $#@! is annoying, and I can understand if you donated to him, you might feel somewhat that way, but obviously you did not. Someone worked on a ps1 emulator its now dead(kind of reminds me of the first gba emulator just he didn't leave for the same reason). Cya yoshi, no hard feelings here, got better things to be pissed about... like sonys 600 dollar ps3... *******s!

honestly the conflict was caused by people that never understand the issues. So often people make assumptions. It was no ones concearn but the DCemu staff why the link was removed from out site, fourtunatly a moderator with good intentions spent to the time to explain why it was being removed. How that snowballed into a flame fest filled with morons escapes me... More then likely he would have released the source a day or two later and apologized if you poeple wouldnt be so quick to insult one another without finding out the whole story. While he had a questionable past all of it is theoretical, and we try to think positively untill somthing is proven, I suggest you do the same as it wont make you look like an asshole later.
Well, with all respect in the world to Yoshi, I think this next version of psxp should be looked at before dashing to install it in our PSPs....
I believe its totally below him to launch a bricker / Trojan... but hell, talk about bittersweet revenge to the scene which flamed him to submission!!!
That about sums it up there are too many haters in the scene and a word to flamers if it does'nt concern you dont get involved. The flaming is disgraceful you flamers need some happiness in your life who goes on the internet to insult people I guess some people weren't brought up right very sad...Originally Posted by Apoklepz
There is one small fact here. This is not flaming. This is fact.
If you use GPL code, you must release your source code. There is no I will release it with the next release. This cuts to the core of homebrew and could destroy it if not followed.
I think that is all that needs to be said. Regardless if a perfect emu was released, the person releasing it would have to pull it without the source. It is illegal to make money on other people's work. (Donations is still making money)
