It's posible to do this with this tutorial. Don't twist the cable's just solder them togheter.

It took me about 30 minutes. That's also because I didn't knew how to start.

Yeah I went to maplins and bought a couple of adaptors to fit a condenser mic and used and audio/video cable/ipod cable it works great, but I wish my mic recording level was higher... maybe a better mic like the rode condencer mic.

That wasn't the point, the point was for people who don't have a headset to make an adaptor

Hi, nice tutorial, just what I was looking for: no messing with solder.

Anyways, I'm doing this tutorial as I type, but I get lost in the part where before twisting the correct wires to each other.

to better ilustrate my question, here:

What do I do with them? twist one with the other together?
