I have 2.71 se B, and I tried copying all these from the zip file folders directly to the game folder and none work. Am I doing something wrong?

They must go in the GAME150 folder.

no they dont, just configure your 2.71SE install (hold R from cold boot) and tell it to use PSP/GAME for the 1.5 eboots
