cheers! 0okm still doin great things!!
and i intentionally did NOT include the download link so that you can visit his page and view the pictures and detailed instructions before you try this.

as always THIS CAN BRICK YOUR PSP so be smart and read all instructions, and you should be fine

    ----

One other thing, for your own protection, a few words of wisdom shared by Fanjita:

"It would be sensible to install the fonthack before doing anything with stuff that auto-runs from flash1.

If you don't, and things fail for some reason, you may have no way to unbrick.

If you do have fonthack, you can just remove the memory stick and reset your flash1 settings."

    thanks for the tip Fanjita!

Well it's good to see that 0okm hasnt given up on the PSP scene.

This will make it much more convenient for 2.71ers.

    TA-082 brickage?

If not, this OFFICIALLY makes 2.71 the "golden Firmware"

2.71 is not the golden firmware.

2.71 SE-A is closer to being the golden firmware.

but ta-082 ppl cant use 2.71 se-a so they need hen-c on regular 2.71 to play at least SOME homebrew.

this is ta-082 compatibile. it will can not brick ta-082 any easier than any other psp

Thank you for incorrectly describing what I already know.

TA-082 users have to use HEN-C. HEN-C allows you to play ALL Homebrew on a 2.71 PSP, either natively in 2.71 or through Devhook emulating 1.50.

2.71 SE actually has a lower compatability rate than straight 2.71 with HEN-C - especially with ACTUAL PSP UMD's.

If this loader works everytime after install, it gives a TA-082 user the same compatibility that a 1.50 user has, right from start-up.

Does this make it so you don't have to run HEN every time you hard reset your PSP and want DevHook on your 2.71?
Or does this make your 2.71 psp always start up on emulated 1.5?

yea this does eliminate the instability of the tiff exploit, however, you still need to devhook back to 1.50 to get full support for that. 2.71 HEN-C runs very few homebrew.

and with 2.71 SE you can STILL devhook back to 1.50.

the first one....it always has your psp HEN-C'ed on startup. no more having to worry about running the enabler manually!
