I think it will fix 1.5 eboots that aren't working with the 2.71SE custom firmware, mainly irshell and x-flash although i'm not 100% certain myself

Theirs something wrong with my DOS, if a program executes it the thing dosen't work, if I do it manually it works so thiers no way I can use this unless someone can help me with this.

If you mean you double click and it loads DOS for a split second, then closes, then thats normal. You have to load Command Shell manually through start menu. I have found this with lots of DOS stuff, but doing it manually works fine.
