    do you have HEN-C installed and enabled?

    no need....just make sure hen-c is ENABLED....and dark_alex's downgrader should run from the main menu.

    run the enabler program....let the psp do its thing, let it restart itself....once it comes back up, run his downgrader.

    again, from the readme for hen-c.....
