Please Please help my psp has gone mental:(

Please help me i dont know whats happened to my psp its not playing music

Detailed description:
One Day I went to listen to music on my psp ( i wanted to play track 1 )
i selected track one and pressed x (play)
it skipped through all of my my songs making a weird queeky noise and stopped at the end.
when it went back to select the songs they were all corrupted data (they turn back to songs ( not corrupted data) everytime i restart my psp or re-insert my memory stick(1gb)

Plz help me ask any questions i will be very grateful if any1 help me plz help...

maybe your memory stick is fake or something.
maybe its just old.

also,
try backing up your memory stick and reformat it.

fixed it i re-inserted da battery (lucky its not bricked:P)

you cant brick ur psp unless u mess with the flash
