i had a 1.5 before then i updated to 2.71 to have play with it then i downgraded to 1.50 so i needed a clean firmware so i updated to 2.0 then brick

hey splodger, wen u switch ur psp on is it jus a black screen and the memory card keeps flashin every few seconds, plus if u put ur ear next 2 it does it sounds like the cd is tryin 2 spin (even while its open)...thts what happens 2 mine and plus i didnt even use it for a day then it just randomly bricked,stupid thing! im not a n00b either i kno a lot about my psp it shudnt hav happend....
