Yeah but there is a real 3.0 beta going round the internet

It does appear fake except for the UMD. Would be harder to photoshop that UMD shot unless they took apart the case and added a label to the small disc.

Also, this could be yet another clever tactic by SONY to try and bait the homebrew community. How? If this is a BETA close to release, SONY would be very interested in any exploits, decryption, emulation, etc. of their highly anticipated 3.0 firmware.

Soooo I would hope that any holes found by homebrew developers are not made public until the final version is released.

Otherwise we could see 3.01 which could lock out all the fun..... The next month will see a major battle in the "homebrew vs. SONY" war. Clearly homebrew has been winning the war but lets see how the next battle unfolds.
