hey if the homebrew psone emulator is released before sonys one, then it wont be illegal to release? But after its released, it will be illegal to host on the website? Is that right?

Hmm... had another thought (wow, 2 today).
Sony might smack 3.0 on the Vice City Stories UMD. It would make perfect sense... seeing as GTA:LCS sold like hotcakes.
If I were Sony, that would be my strategy.
