Best emulator setup for TIFF .99 eloader.

Can anyone help me with getting the best setup for running an nes and sega emulators on my psp?

I have firmware 2.71 and tiff eloader .99 Marzenbier.


FIRST PROBLEM!
I have nesterJ (cant remember what version) and all the roms work perfectly but I would like to be able to exit the emulator back to the eloader main menu.

SECOND PROBLEM
I have pspgenesis .17 and it runs some sega games perfectly with a brutal exeption.

On some games it makes all my commands RAPID. So when i try to walk forward in a side scrolling game like sonic 2 or sunset riders they kinda twitch walk forward LOL. For example if I wanted to make a hadooken or a roundhouse kick in street fighter that would be impossible because all my commands or button presses are interpreted as rapid commands EVEn the d pad.

just use reverse DevHook...its much easier and ALL emulators will work on 1.50

Damnit, all the people who just say "use reverse devhook" dont have a clue, the games run SO SLOW when you do this! (esp CPS2PSP + SNES!)
