now it's just time to see who's dumb enough not to type "PSP Downgrader for 2.71/2.6/2.5" in google which will result in plenty of sites that host it and allows you to download it for free...lol
edit: it's not a downgrader file...it's a guide...wtf...
and as for the bricking issue
You agree by using this guide that i am not responsible for any harm done to your psp or pc. This is my own walkthrough therefore i am not breaking any copyright rules. The file was written by me so therefore i have resell rights.

its actually legal to sell infomation, as long he has written it himself.
its also legal to sell GPL software
