This fresh footage for MotorStorm, PS3's mud-drenched off-road racer, has restored our faith that the game can be the all-action speed-fest we all want it to be.

Hit the movies tab above to treat your eyes to the video, and watch out two-thirds of the way through for a fantastic motorbike-related comedy moment, complete with s******-inducing 'twonk' sound effect.

After our recent, more positive playtest at the Tokyo Game Show, MotorStorm is on course to be a truly excellent launch game for UK PS3 owners next March. And, since it's still marked down as a Europe-only release, the developer has plenty of time to keep tweaking the already thrilling-looking crashes, racing and Road Rash-style bike fights.

If MotorStorm continues to get better each time we see it, it threatens to surpass even our ridiculously high expectations. Expect more soon.
