Ok noob question can this work with 1.50 using devhook and if so how to install.

I guess most of it could seeing as you can emulate 2,71 on dev hook (Sorry if this is wrong I dont use it), and if you can then install this as normal i guess and make sure you have flash enabled, if notthen you can still use some other features like the Live Portal and video/wallpapers......

Sorry if this isnt much help, maybe someone who uses Devhook and Portal 117 could explain?

Yes it works fine on DevHook. But keep in mind DevHook is only capable of emulating firmware up to 2.71.
