Default MVSPSP 1.0A - Memory Card mod

Having spent some time playing on MVSPSP, I was getting increasingly annoyed at the memory card options flashing up on screen all the time.

Please do NOT contact NJ for any support issues regarding this build

The memory card support in MVSPSP 1.0 was mandatory, so I have
made a small modification allowing the user to enable or disable the memory card.

For those of you who wish to save their virtual memory cards, you should create a dir called MEMCARD in your PSP/GAME/MVSPSP directory, which the emulator will store your memorycards if you so wish. (This was in the original emulator but undocumented).

this says nothing about what this program does, dont act so condecending. I thought it sounded interesting, i guess its just a neogeo emulator thing right?

For those that are interested, I'm going to try and add wireless multiplayer.
