Custom font on firmware 2.81+

That is very lame, noone would update just for that, sorry, I know thi scould lead to some great stuff, but for now, this as lame as possible.

Umm, this has been around for a while. It is just the registries not editing. Since there was only a small security patch the registries didnt have any big edit. If a new firmware with new things comes out the registries will be different and this will be erased. Also, why update to 2.81 for a custom font when you have have homebrew and custom font on 2.8???

I have found that the windows font Monkey works even in the web broswer. all the letters show up as capitol letters, but you can still see everything

Anyway its a start, this is how it was when 2.00 came out and now we can do whatever we want (but not as well as 1.5)

That's stupid! Why would you update to 2.81 just to have custom fonts on 2.81?? You can have custom fonts and HOMEBREW on 2.71 and lower. That a hell of a lot better! I hope only people with modchips try this. Anyone else is a retard.

no this wonk work with a gameboot, as the update completely reflashes flash0 (where the gameboot/opening sound/etc is stored)
the font hack requires you to modify the registry on flash1 and as this is a minor update, flash1 gets left as it is, thus allowing you to have custom font/jap button assign/flash or wma emabled without wifi
