News has been pretty slow lately but I didn't think it would come to this.
It's more of an EULA than a contract, really. So should we require anybody that makes software with an EULA to uninstall it from our computers?

we would never have a case to begin with, once you agree to update its your fault, thats why you dont upgrade to a higher firmware

anyone else want legal advice just pm me
no you dont need to agree to EULA simply boot past it with a disk go into pc bios set to boot from disc and wallah no user agreement.which is a good point where is the end-user agreementon psp their is none just like any other console you have to read the manual which is full of disclaimer state no responsibility for misuse.not to derail or anything but i thought we were having a serious discussion here. just because one person comes up with a clever way to work around the law does not mean he's a lawyer or correct. so for actual real info get a free consultation from a lawyer. what does masterbation have to with any of this?
i agree with you 100 percent, couldnt of said it better myselfOriginally Posted by CoderX
