Yes thats why they are working on a new devhook thats lets you emualte 2.80

Probaly but gta is going to be 2.80

and they are working on to emulate 2.80 on a 1.5 psp

because it is a bit obvious aint every new game that is being released now on the psp is coming with 2.80 or 2.80 firmware on it as gta is getting released soon it will be released with either 2.80 or 2.81 its one or the other
