Simply replace the DESKTOP.BMP in the SHELL folder of Moonshell with any BMP image of your choice. I scale my BMP images to be the same size as the original one I'm replacing so I don't know if a larger or smaller size will be automatically rescaled.

You can also do the same thing to change the startup MP3. Just take whatever MP3 you want and rename it STARTUP.MP3. Replace the one in the SHELL folder and BAM! You're done.

I have the radio static from Silent Hill 2 and the portrait of Pyramid Head as mine so when I start it up it sounds all spooky like.

What I don't know how to do completely is editing the SKIN.INI to my liking for I don't know the effects of altering certain values.
