theres other reatilers out there just search
play-asia is one of those selling imports and such
the compnay is pretty much bankrupt
theres is nothing you can do to save it , its over
this petition wont do anything and is just a waste of my time so that is why I am refusing to sign it.

Then refuse to sign. But in the US there is something called Precedent. Even if the Precendent case is WRONG, it still sets up success for all cases like it in the future.
