ok i can help u out, i have the same problame

Ok first u need to use Alchole 120% if its a iso file or if u r coping ur own game use clone cd

then make sure u have mythxpak, mythxuha, setup[batch file] install them all *note u should have them*

then after u r done download a GTA patch for no-cd crack idk if im if i can give the site but ill send u it on a email

and after u have done all that ur GTA3 should work
