THE SHOWDOWN: Wii vs PS3

well my freind karl and i were arguing on what would do better the wii or the ps3 on the launch

i say the wii cause parents arent going to buy the ps3 cause of the cost and younger kids like all the wii games(mario, zelda etc.) but adults will have some games too

the ps3 doesent have that factor of the younger kids cause the only HUGE kids ps3 game will be KH3( kingdom hearts 3) and that wont be out for a while

Couldn't have said it better myself. Even though I like both consoles and probably will have both by the end of next year lol. Thanks to short supply. I just can't see the PS3 as a success to the casual gamer until the price drops. But I think they will both do good.

It really depends on what you mean for "better". I think the PS3 might actually sell out, but only because there are so few.
