good review. I'm tempted by one of these myself...
Hi all,
Yours,
I've finished my review of the DS-Xtreme adapter. I've tried to cover most things but if you feel there is something missing or wrong don't hesitate to ask/say so on my news page. I will add it to the FAQ section of the review if it's a useful question.
linky!

good review. I'm tempted by one of these myself...
good review. but id rather get DS Link
" I've tested the Neo2-TF, SuperCard SD, EZflash IV lite deluxe, Ewin2-TF, GBAMP, M3lite, G6lite and DSmem all of which worked apart from the last three. It is however a known problem and it is being worked on according to the DS-Xteam."
WTF! M3lite, GGlite, DSmem don't work?! XD
I'm Waiting for Acekard Or other solutions to compare too....
I think people are rating this product too high. Unless you are strictly comparing it to other DS port flash carts, this option does not measure up. It has small amount of hard drive compared to other options that use micro sd cards, therefore is't realy a good option for movies or music or if you want your whole game library on your card (which is much more possible with micro SD). Also, the biggest issue with these is that there is no GBA support! No GBA games nor homebrew (which rules out some excellent NES emulators among others) is a deal killer for me.
Hey, looks like there is new competition for Slot1 devices. http://www.acekard.com/
AceKard seems to have a working prototype. There are some videos floating around and screens shots of some of the problem games working on this new cart that have been very problematic for other carts.

I have also got info that the MicroSD must be formatted in AKFS (AceKart File System) instead of FAT or FAT32. This not be a good for homebrew (although they have a custom version of Moonshell). A program is needed to transfer files to AKFS. But I suppose that the AKFS is the reason for clean ROMs to work flawlessly on this cart.
Please see if you guys can get a review on this cart. It's very interesting.
