Nice of you not to link to Zero-one's translation Wragg.
Are you using the 2.71 SE-B firmware?

It used to be one of my favs but for a long time now pspbrew has been broken for me no matter what version I use. I've tried uninstalling cleaning my registry, uninstalling my psp, reinstalling pspbrew, then plugging the psp back in and still no go. The problem is that it always says "psp not found".
Anyone have a clue how to fix this? Does this program look for the 2 weird hidden files that go on your memory stick when you format it with the psp? (memstickpro.ind or sth)
This is really good stuff. Much thanks to Stefano Russello for this.
One thing I know about how the PSP sorts applications is that it does that by taking the timestamp of each one.
For example, suppose you download the latest firmware update (just downloading only, not executing it afterwards) and check the apps in the memory stick, it will be on the top. Why? Because it's the most recent thing that was added. If you put something else fresh in the GAME folder, then it would be the first one to appear, because of the timestamp thing.
Apparently, it also applies to the GAME and GAME150 folders too. If the timestamp for the GAME150 folder was later that the GAME folder, the homebrew apps would appear first and in the order of each timestamp indicates. How it would go this this:
GAME150 - latest timestamp
app - most recent added
app - next most recent added
app - next most recent one added after the previous and so on...
GAME - earlier timestamp
app - most recent added
app - next most recent added
app - next most recent one added after the previous and so on...
Sorry if this all sounds confusing but that's how I can explain all that. There are timstamp chaing tools on the Internet that can edit those of folders if most of your homebrew you use are in there. But really, PSP Brew should't have a problem unless you're trying to order apps from different folders to show something like this:
app in GAME150 folder
app in GAME folder
app in GAME folder
app in GAME150 folder
app in GAME folder
and so on...
Remember, this is just my guess if it's to do with ordering hombrew applications in that way, okay?
EDIT: I tried PSP Brew 0.91 and when you do try to arrange homebrew in the order you wish, doen't work. I figure that it's because of a bug in the program. If so, hope it gets fixed fast!
so what kind of PBP and Eboots does this work with and what does it really do?
I think there is something wrong with the .zip file it says 'Unsuspected end to archive'! I think it needs to be rehosted.
