First... the .zip is fine. The host is having troubles though. My download quit (saying that it was completed) at 6xx kb. I had to force my system to re-download it but it was fine after that. Your downloaded file should be like 1.3MB.

Second... I can't believe that after all the time I've spent in the past trying to make pspbrew work again and couldn't... that I answered my own damn question in my previous post!!! Tou MUST have memstick.ind in the root of your memory card for pspbrew to work. If you don't have it, move all of your files off of the memory stick, use the PSP to reformat it (the PSP or probably any sony device like a camera or something will create 2 .ind files for you) and put your stuff back on

I remember having problems with certain homebrew working correctly without deleting the .ind files. If you have troubles like this move the .ind files to your desktop or something and just put them on when you need to sort your homebrew pspbrew seems to work fine without mstk_pro.ind but I'm not sure what either of the .ind files are for anyway

Edit: the problem I had with homebrew working with the .ind files on there is totally wierd because I just realized that both of them are ZERO BYTE FILES. So you should just be able to make a new file called MEMSTICK.IND and that should be enough. the real one is marked as hidden and system file.

PSP Brew is probably the best app there is for the PSP.
But, to sort my icons, I just use PSP Content Manager v1.4.
As easy as it gets - just drag and drop the homebrew icons in the program to the desired order, click 'Apply sort' and you're done.

I'll be damned. I noticed that 0.91 kept saying that my PSP could not be found. I figured it was a bug in PSP Brew until I read your post.....

I noticed on the root of my memory stick, I had MSTICK_PRO.IND and not MEMSTICK.IND. So alls that I did was rename MSTICK_PRO back to MEMSTICK and PSP Brew 0.91 now works and recognizes my PSP just fine.

So what the hell renamed that file? Is it something that happens when emulating a firmware like 2.71 via DevHook?

If anyone has any idea on what changes the MEMSTICK.IND file it would really be interesting to learn about. THANKS!!!

This is an awesome app by the way....

Veskgar -> I beleive in my post I mentioned that formatting with the PSP creates 2 files. MEMSTICK.IND and MSTK_PRO.IND . The pro one just doesn't seem to be needed. Wierd thing is, I guess it must also be hidden-on, system-on, and archive bit off
