    Default 2.71 SE-B Edison Carter cheat device?

    Is there a version of the gta cheat device that runs on this firmware?

    Or is it necessary for me to use devhook to use it.

    if you flash the prx and a new txt file loading the cheat device to flash0, then i suppose its possible, but safer to devhook
