henC is built in thus being permenant(u don't need to install ), for homebrew download games/apps for 1.5 and put in GAME150(u need to make this folder in the "PSP" folder), once u have put some homebrew in the GAME150 folder go to the XMB(main psp screen) and go to game>memory stick>and pick ur homebrew hope this helps

thats because original psp read games from game folder not game150 but u can revert it with the advance option in recovery menu but if u are using se-b u dont need hen-c unless u are running 271F with devhook but alot of homebrews dont work

1stly do you have reverse devhook?
If u have launch devhook and select firmware->271F thats all

Devhook is a homebrew to emulate firmwares like 1.5 being able to emulate 2.71 and currently dats the highest but 2.81 is rumoured to be in the making

now that you are now in 2.71 se-b so there is no point for you to use henC unless u have prx homebrews(Homebrews specially for 2.71)

that is because u do not have a ISO folder at the root of ur memory stick because se-b update has a native umd emulation but the problem is fixed in se-B'
