SBI Builder v3.0 released.

Hi all,

This's SiZiOUS, the SBI Builder creator. I'm releasing the v3.0 version, who support SBI v4.0 files.
Regards to curt_grymala for the SBI v4.0 informations.

Here it's the change log :

* Support v4.0 SBI Files, with ZIP Comment.
* Some bug fixes :
- When you go back at step 6, if you change the application type, the BIN has been copied 2 times.
- When you click on the Finish button, temporarys applications wasn't been cleaned.
- ...
