The instruction in the first post are confirmed working by many. All we can help you with in this thread is to use the provided tools and to follow the instructions.

If you are having problems then those problems are not connected to the method posted here and most likely there will be no solution known by members here.

This post is from over one year ago, it is not frequented because the method works.
