Need some good advice plz!

hi everyone,
i'm considering buying a white sony psp v1.5 off ebay.
The reason im want the 1.5 is because i heard you can run games from the memory card with the help of some little programms. What i want to know is this:

1.How easy is it to run the games?..(do tou need to be a developer or sumthin')

2.Can new release games be run using this method?

3.Is it worthwhile...should i buy a psp v1.5?

Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated

to ge started?

is there anything else i should know?...(sorry to bother you but i'm really new to all of this...and i can't really understand all of the posts i've read concerning the matter)
