Default Does the PS3 support regular TVs?

I don't have an HDTV, so will the PS3 support 4:3 TVs?
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.

the internal implant VR unit HX-100500 is needed to use the PS3, you can buy it in your local sony centre, it costs £5000 and you must have the correct memory expansions for full compatibility...they even let you keep the section of brain they remove for instalation space as well ...woo hoo ....dribble...
