LCD Image Way Lighter Than normal.

Hi,

I dropped my psp about a month ago, and I just got a new LCD replacement for it. I used the llama guide and everything went together perfectly, but I start it up, I hear the noise, but everything is a lot brighter than normal. I hit the brightness button and it just makes it worse.
It really just seems like that everything is the same, but it has a very noticeable white fade over it. I could still use it as is, but it is very annoying.
Also, I'm not sure if this really matters, but when it starts up and says "Sony Computer Entertainment" It gets really choppy and it fades in like chunks, not all smooth like it usually does.

I know this is kind of a weird question, but I am very frustrated, I'm really close to just going out to get a new one, which wouldn't be a good thing, because I really don't have that much money.

ur lcd connection probably is loose or something, if thats not the case, my guess is its either a bad lcd, or a part in your motherboard got damaged when u dropped your psp.
