i tried gpsp but it freezes alot? is there other emu that works better?

It freezes a lot on gpSP 0.8 too. If you want no freezing, you're either going to have to use a pc emulator, or psp-vba which is a LOT slower than gpSP, and without sound.
Try re-dumping your cart. You may have dumped it wrong or made a bad dump.

i tried the vba but it has weird shapes on the screen.
