disable analog control permently

Is their anyway i can disable my psp's analog control, i lost the rubber thing with the 4 pins between the analog control and the mother board , without that it automaticly moves down. I tried to remove the analog stick but it still moves down. I cant play my homebrews or games. Help is very appreciated.
