If you dont know what to do with it dont touch it. All it does is extract the files from the 3.00 eboot, which you cant do anything with unless your leet so shhhh little one

all this does is extract files from 3.0 eboot or to be preciese 3.0 data.psar which is kinda pointless (except for hackers/coders) because we have nothing to use it for yet although chances are when the first 3.0 homebrew and devhook comes out we will need this - its like the 2.8* psar dump because using the files from that you can create 2.71/2.8* devhook hybrid thing (go ere http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=52782 )

all that does it takes files out off the 3.0 data.psar so unless you know how to create the devhook using them then your lying
no your lying anyway because 3.0FW doesnt even have ps1 emulator yet haha
