ok no this is a dumper and decrypter which is handy in homebrew. this is not a downgrader seeing as how this was just released and 2.8 has hardly got a downgrader and its been out for about 3 months. 3.0 will not have a downgrader after being relased 3 days ago

ok i dont expext a nice answer but can anyone tell me how i do this ? i have 2.71 SE-C and i have my kernel set to 1.50. i have placed the PSARDumper_300 files in my game 150 folder...what do i do now ? thanks in advance..
