    Then, with luck, you could get a PSP with a FW that can be downgraded, PLUS, WITH LUCK, A NON TA-082 MOTHERBOARD ONE.

    It was pretty damn hard to me to buy a brand new PSP without that kind of board...

    Nowadays, only the value packs and base packs include a non TA-082 MB.

    If you want a Non TA-082 PSP and a firmware you can downgrade look on Ebay

    But why? Isnt there a way to rip the entire OS/XMB off of the PSP? Like EVERYTHING, even the BIOS, build a dev kit, and work from there?

    Ok
    You can dump the flash on to your meory stick but building a dev kit will not work exploits need to be found before they can do anything.
