    Default just a quick question.....

    If i had a 3.0 firmware and no ps3, could i get backups of my games and play them? if its not legal please lock this thread or delete it.

    then how does it run ps1 games? does it use an emulator, or did they like remake the game specifically for psp?

    You have to have ps3 to run your ps1 games

    the psp official ps1 emu only runs ps1 roms that are sony encoded..
